CONSULTANTS

Umbrella consultants have unique qualifications and extensive experience
gained over a period of 10 years through:

	Training in TQM by the leading Japanese institutions (JSA, JUSE, AOTS, JICA) in Japan and in Poland.
	Training in the Excellence Model by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Brussels
	Design and implementation of several nationwide technical assistance programmes and hundreds of consulting assignments

All our consultants have qualifications of ISO 9000, 14000 and 27000 lead auditors. Many consultants are registered with international organizations - IRCA, EOQ, ASQ - and conduct third party audits on behalf of certification bodies.
We have a few trainers licensed by the EFQM; one of our leaders has been a senior assessor of the EFQM Excellence Award since 2001.

Establishment of the Umbrella Consulting company is a final stage of transformation of the United Nations technical assistance Umbrella Project into an independent business entity. As a private company founded by experienced consultants, we continue the Umbrella's mission of providing top class quality management services to organizations throughout Poland.
